Having owned and operated both service and retail businesses for approximately 25 years, along with years of experience developing community business and social programming through employment with the Town of Whitecourt RCMP and the Whitecourt & District Chamber of Commerce to her current role as ED of CFYE, has provided a solid foundation and understanding of the need for regional partnerships at the municipal level as well as on behalf of rural small businesses, in order to continue supporting the economic development and sustainability of our region.
