Whether you are a solopreneur ready to hire your first employee, or you’re the leader of a larger organization with established team members, making the decision to add to your business has both short and long-term implications for your business success.

Building Resilience - Workshop Sessions
This 6-PART workshop introduces elements essential for resilience.

Resilience is required for individuals, teams and businesses to survive during times of uncertainty and strife. This workshop will begin by having participants gain a better understanding of what resilience is and the importance of resilience when experiencing times of uncertainty. Discussion will occur on elements essential for resilience. As well there will be discussion on how different individuals react to change and uncertainty based on their own personality strengths.
Skills and tools that can be used to increase resilience will be discuss and where possible participants will have an opportunity to practice these skills. By the end of this workshop participants will have strategies they can take back to their work place to assist in building the capacity to survive uncertain times.
